• Connection to licensed mortgage brokers (when requested)
• Information about loan types and requirements

This is NOT a mortgage broking service. Actual mortgage services are provided by independent licensed brokers who are separate from Vinance Pty Ltd.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Vinance Loan Assistant, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for legitimate inquiry purposes

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
